Founded in 1887, Herington, KS is located in the SE corner of Dickinson County.
The CVB is an independent board authorized by local ordinance and appointed by the City Commission. This 10 citizen board is devoted to promoting our Community for tourism and conventions/meetings. Our activities are funded by the 'hotel room tax'.
Wendy Jones at the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce is also the coordinator for the CVB and the CVB works closely with the Chamber.
There are currently openings on the CVB - contact Wendy at 258-2115 for more information and/or stop in at the City of Herington office to pick up an application!
